Height issue
I am a male of 17 years old and I am 157 cm tall. The thing is that I have started beard growth and people says that once beard growth starts, growth hormone stops. Is it so?

Not at all true. Height grows upto age of 21 years, so just focus on stretching exercises like cycling

Human Growth Hormone (HGH) can increase height in children. But once your epiphyseal plates (also known as growth plates) close, further height growth is not possible. Your epiphyseal plates can close anytime between the ages of 16 and 21.
