My age is 16...my leg was so much pain ing...can it is the sign of my growth plate ar starting fuse... My hand growth plate was already fused...😎😎😎1/can I grow taller more after my hand growth plate was fused..😎😎😎2/my leg pain is cause of my growth plate starting sused

Pain is always pathological means it is not related with increase in your height and you can increase your height till 18 years and I will suggest to do skipping, cycling etc for height increase and for pain we will have to do a clinical examination for further guidance
