Sunscreen is available in a medical store. Try to get Aquagel form.

Try changing the brand of the sunscreen..may be it isn't suiting you.

I think you are talking about post acne scars due to usage of sunscreen. Use a sunscreen which is gel based and non comedogenic written on it.
Also always wash off before next application.
