Hello doctor
I am suffering from unslipiness in night. From last few days I am not feeling well & not able to have food in the right quantity. I have an bad habit of chewing tobacco (gutka). I have consulted many doctors they use to suggest some test. When they find results normal they have given me painkillers or sleeping tabs.

It seems that you are addicted to tobacco, you need to get de addiction treatment. Nicotine excess in the body creates sleeplessness and restlessness. You will feel the need to have a bit of gutka but it will only help for a few minutes. You really need to quit tobacco . Whenever you feel the need or craving for tobacco , chew a gum. But treatment is mandatory.
