Hello mam Please be calm See it seems to be either dental caries or irreversible pulpitis There may be need of restorations or IPC I suggest you to get an x ray for needful

Hello.. U can buy colgate pain out and apply to the affected tooth as well as give her some pain killer ( some tried and tested tablet which she has taken before) u can take the pain killer at an interval of 6 to 7 hrs

Hi, Sudden tooth pain is usually due to tooth decay (dental caries).Try putting some clove oil into the cavity ,it may offer some relief.Other options are to take over the counter painkillers like ibuprofen.However the best thing you can do is see a dentist as soon as possible.
