Hello dr today i do endoscopy and there i found chronic atropic fundul gastrit and duodinatis so... how much time it will takes to recover?

Hello..... Autoimmune condition like pernecious anemia can cause chronic atrpoic gastritis, so test for autoimmune condition, it's difficult to treat this condition.. Other cause is h pylori infection. Autoimmune condition is treated with vitamin b 12 injection, h pylori needs antibiotics. Consult general physician.
