Hello everyone i am ambika chauhan from delhi.. my age is 32 and my weight is72. I have a cyst phele 9mm thi ab 3mm ho gai hai.. mera b12 178 hain or d3 17. Im overweight not able to reduce.. my insulin is high. What best i can do pls help me.. i believe in ayuvadic.. but for fast weight pls pls tell me something..
