Hello sir. 26 yrs old boy. Stomach n back pain n semisolid stools since 15 days. Taking lots of medicine but no relief. So we done USG abdomen today. Now on local Dr treatment. Tablet oflox + ornidazol Tablet meftal spas Tablet Rekool Ors sachet. Plz advise medicine sir. This medicine can't help .

U can take T.Redotil BD and T.Prepro TDS. But from the ultra sound report I would advise u meet a doctor and get ur son admitted for injection antibiotics.
