Hello sir may I knw which test is deduct weather kidney is working or not properly .
Actually I was getting some time right back pain and I scared so can u tell me which test is enough kft or usg plz.

Hi there
As ur having pain in right back u need as ultrasound and an X ray KUB this will tell u if u hav any renal stones.
To supplement the imaging ul also hav to do renal function test urine analysis.
But not all back pain are kidney stones. If u had muscle spasm or vitamin D or B 12 deficiency it can also cause back pain. Other cause may be slip disc. These are just different causes of pain of back.
So needs details of back pain sudden radiating
History of renal stones in past or family

If u have right side back pain then it may be due to kidney stones or something else so for that u should get a ultrasound done.
