My EF rate 15%, Dilated LV size, Severe LV Dysfunction, Reduced LV compliance, Please give me advise what things need to do for batter long life.

Dilated cardiomyopathy is a condition in which the heart muscle becomes weakened and enlarged. As a result, the heart cannot pump enough blood to the rest of the body. Your heart is already dilated and its function has been reduced to 15% this cannot be corrected and it is very rare that it will get better so you have to learn how to live with a weak heart or the other option is to get a heart transplant With this condition and such week heart there is always a possibility of sudden cardiac death because of arrhythmias which are heart Rhythm problems in order to protect from them you can get a aicd or crtd device which will correct your rhythm if need be
