I am just over 23 and have lost almost my hair from the center of my head. Please review and help!!!

You are suffering from androgenic alopecia or which is also called as pattern baldness. This is usually progressive throughout life unless treated. The FDA approved treatment for this condition is minoxidil finesteride. There is no other alternative. You can also go for platelet rich plasma therapy for faster results.
