Hi. I am 19 years old. And I am short in height. I want to know if there are any supplements I can take or exercise I can do to increase my height. I also want to know if an endocrinologist can help me.

Hi, I am sorry to inform you that at the age of nineteen years, there are no medications which can help you gain height. If you do stretching excercises, there are chances that you can add an inch to your height. If you had taken treatment before or during your puberty years, there are medicines which could have helped you . Regards Dr Suman Mohan
