Hi, as per ur symptoms it seems that u r suffering fro. Hyper acidity issues with erosions in ur gastric mucosa leading to pain while eating food and causing reduced appetite, due to which there is acidic stools leasing to apin and burning while passing stools. U should start with including more of fibers in ur diet and taking small meals on frequent basis, drink good amount of water and avoid oily , spicy , outside food. Eat more of dahi, yogurt fruits and salad. Start with treatment if there is acute issues from Dr near u or contact me. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions.
