Hemangioma on right top Eyelid

Asked for Male, 36 Years

My 4 year old nephew has a hemangioma on top eyelid of right eye. Till the time she was 45 days it was not there, but it started to appear afterwards. She cant open her eye completely. Please provide email Id so i can send a close picture of her eyes. We are from Shirpur Taluka in Dhule district. Kindly request you doctor to help me to get our little angel out of this problem so she can see this beautiful world with fullest sight.
