Hemmorhagic cyst symptoms or pregnant

Asked for Female, 33 Years

I was diagnosed to have an hemmorhagic cyst 1.28cm, i feel bloated, abdominal pain ,nausea, and problem during bowel movement, my pregnancy test result is positive, am i pregnant or just symptoms of my cyst. Thank you.
