Hemoglobin E disease
What medicine should I take on regular basis I have been detected with that three years back my hemoglobin is always low below 10 I remain tired with less concentration and memory power which has harmed my college life a lot specially my career. Tried having iron pills but I am afraid that might spoil my liver since I am suffering from hemorrhoids as well. Will be very helpful anybody can guide me

It's better to get properly diagnosed by ayurved way first rather asking just medicines.
Low haemoglobin is a condition and not a disease , so better get checked by ayurved physician so that proper diagnosis and treatment can be planned.
