Hemoglobin is low and feels fatigue
Sir as I'm allergic to dairy products so i can't drink , eat any of it. And I'm strict vegetarian. So i don't get enough Vitamin B12 so my dr. Prescribed me folizorb capsule for 1 month. But i took them for 15 days and stopped (1 year ago). So plz suggest me what to do. Suggest me a good medicine which has no side effect.
