Left measures of ovaries is 3.5x1.4cm A Cyst with internal echoes measuring 1.9x1.4 cm seen left ovary ( hemorrhagic cyst) Multiple follicles less than 10mm arranged peripherally. Capsules thickened, central stroma echogenic. Can become pregnant without treatment
