After a dosage of letroze and inj HMG iu for this cycle, on day, the follicular study has shown results of a hemorrhagic cyst in left ovary. What does it mean? Will the cyst interfere in conceiving? Is it dangerous?

If you hv haemorrhagic cyst then follow up in next cycle to see if cyst has disappeared or still present..
If persistent then you need to do further investigation to rule out endometriosis
