So the swelling of this external hemorrhoid which I believe is to be thrombosed has shrunk down by a lot but there's this scab like thing remaining only and is that the clot?

Sir we need to examine it before I come to a conclusion of what it is...It might be a skin tag, haemorrhoids ulcer also...So before telling you anything need to see..Plaese meet a general surgeon and get it examined..Thank you
