Hemorrhoids like symptoms
Sir I am having constipation since a week and I've observed a swollen skin in my anal passage and I'm having some pain while motion and also some burning sensation after the motion but I don't have any bleeding issue during motion so can I consider this as hemorrhoids and regarding diet I'm already taking a high fiber food (millets) for dinner and roti in my lunch and tiffin in my breakfast also after taking food I feel like my stomach is full and I get stomach pain.please let me know about my condition sir that should I get diagnosed immediately

There can b 2 common possibilities. Haemorrhoids or fissures.
The details u provided inclines more towards fissure but i need to know more about that before making a diagnosis.
