Can this hemmorohid occur cancer in future ?

. Please answer it honestly. I have this anal swelling since 8 years. It is painless.

Grade 3 internal hemorrhoids.
They do not get convert to malignancy.
They might cause severe bleeding occasionally, and small amount of bleeding every now and then.
Needs operative intervention. Either open hemorrhoidectomy or MIPH. OR Sclerotherapy.
Tb. Calcium dobisalate 500mg BD
Tb. Daflon 1000mg BD
Ointment Hemolit 3-4times per day.
Warm sietz bath with KMnO4 powder 20min BD
All for 7 days.
Since this swelling is lasting for last 8 years, and it appears lying at anal verge, few questions needs to be answered by you. Is there any bleeding per rectum. Does something comes out while defecation. Does The swelling seen in the picture, always remain out side. Is it hard or soft on palpation. Please revert back with the answers. I will not call it haemorrhoid based on picture. Thanks.
This is internal haemorrhoids only...Grade 3....Haemorrhoids never transform into malignancy(cancer) so u neednt worry about that...Its painless bcos u have internal haemorrhoids...
Hemorrhoids is a benign condition it doesn't cause cancer.
If reduces spontaneously it is grade 2
If reduces manually then grade 3
If it is not reducible then grade 4
