From past few days it is paining very badly.It seems like some extra growth and whenever I have something it hurts very badly and I am unable to pass my stool as it is hurting however it is not bleeding.

Avoid constipation. Eat food with high fibre and drink lots of water to soften the stools if pain doesn’t subside or bleeding starts u need to see a general surgeon
