Hepatic metastasis with multiple nodes in both lobes largest(3.2*3cm) rt lobe. Multiple peritoneal nodes largest (14.5*6) cm. Multiple nodes in paracolic gutter and retrovesical pouch. What is the prognosis and best line of treatment possible...which stage it is?
