My report is attached. It is showing value above 5000. Could you please confirm if it is acute or chronic? And, what further steps I should take to reduce the impact?

Inappropriate to draw inference on this single report.. Need to get HBV DNA test and other antibody tests with LFTs & abdominal ultrasound examination.. Family screen for HBsAg by ELISA is must. At last therapy to start or not depends on collective interpretation of all reports .
