Hepetomegaly n acid reflux
I have heptamegaly with fatty infiltration from 2004,
Now my belly n abdomen is bigger than normal size, I feel my stomach is full even after eating little meal. N also I have acid reflux , urge to urine frequent. My feet and shin is mildly swollen with mild Edema.
My upper abdomen that is stomach part is very hard to touch. But I DONT have GASTRIC problem.
Kindly suggest .

Get usg abdomen and your thyroid level check
We have to rule out possibility of Nash related liver disease
Take cap ganaton total 15 min before breakfast tab drotin ds 2 times a day but if your stomach area is really hard go for sonography without delay
