Hello sir, my friend skin is too dark and oily, she want fairness or light her skin darkness. I hesrd about any laser treatment of change skin tone. Can you explain me what is that? How can skin tone get changes?

Lasers might not help in this case. Simple measures like chemical peels and Microdermabrasion with good cleansers and water based sunscreens would help.
