Hereditary hairfall, extremely dry scalp

Asked for Male, 23 Years

My hairs are falling in bunches and density has almost halved. Actually my scalp is just too much dry and produces lots of dandruff which ruins and escalates my hairfall. I have tried almost everything but nothing cured problem. Please help me get out of this phase as it is directly affecting my social and mental life

Trichologist 23 yrs exp Ahmedabad

You should use an antidandruff shampoo everyday and also clean your comb and pillow case every day. Take oral medication for dandruff (prescription) drink enough water. Take vitamin b. Use normal water to head bath ,not hot.
