  4. Herinated disc. Again and go to gym?

Hi! I am a professional footballer and fitness freak... I have herinated disc in cervical and lumbar Resulting in pain in hand nd numb legs and painfull knees and shoulders Doctor told me to have microscopic surgery... After surgery will i ever be able to play football again and go to gym ? Help

Yes definetly . You need to take rest for few days . Once you are out of pain , you can start playing after few weeks
