Hernia at the groin. There is no pain but there is a swelling on one side.

There are two possibility. Either it's hernia or lymph node. If it is increasing on standing or coughing and reducing on lying down then it's hernia and needs to be operated. Where as if it is lymph node then it has to be investigated
