Herpes infection
I got in my upper lip and spreaded.Its a bit irritating.I got Aciclovir 400 DT as my medication,now I am feeling pain in my neck area looks like some lumps.will you please tell me is there anything serious ?

Probably it's due to secondary bacterial infection.. send photos of the affected area for proper diagnosis and treatment
