Herpies infection
Back and chest was infected by this from 3-4 days there is pain and itching burning .they small ulcers on skin which are growing day by day

Hi. You seem to have herpes zoster with neuralgia. Now this is not something that I would prefer to treat on an online forum since this could get secondarily infected and potentially serious. You need to be under direct guidance and treatment of a specialist. Please see a dermatologist immediately for medications for the same - you'll need oral antivirals and pain killers. Regular cleaning of ulcers may be necessary if they are raw and big. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
