Hi I am 29,my prolactin is 67.71.
I am 29 years old (Married but no kids)I have severe acne all over face, especially on jawline and neck. I have done my blood test on 3rd day of my periods. Test says TSH as 7.190 FSH 7.74 LH 6.63 Prolactin 67.71 Can you suggest what it means and what should I do next.

High TSH and Prolactin are inter-related It may also be drug induced. This can lead to it regular menstrual cycles... Sometimes milk like secretions from breast... Kindly consult an Endocrinologist...
