High blood pressure elevation

Recently I suffered from elevated hypertension with the reading 190/140 , I did a mester health check-up and my report showed high amounts of triglycerides and vldl cholesterol levels . My echo gave a report that everything is normal and I have LV DIASTOLIC DYSFUNCTION . I don't know what it is kindly help me know about this and prescribe some medicines . Currently I have been advised to take telmisartan and hydrochlorothiazide
