Your BP is very high and is unlikely to come under control without medication but if you're insistent on handling it otherwise you will require certain lifestyle changes. Kindly keep an eye for constant headaches, if this symptom shows you must visit the hospital and begin medications for blood pressure. The lifestyle changes that you would require are:
- Have a low sodium diet, reduce the salt in your diet, avoid consumption of fried food, eating fruits, vegetables, and whole grains, eating low-fat dairy products, lean meats, fish, and nuts, eliminating foods that are high in saturated fats, such as processed foods, full-fat dairy products, and fatty meats
- Avoid smoking and drinking
- Exercise regularly( High Intensity Interval Training would be a good cardiac exercise to follow)
- Lose excessive weight
- Reduce stress with methods such as yoga, meditation, sleep.
If there is persistent headache immediately visit the nearest ER and begin medication, record and track your blood pressure in a book
