High blood pressure
I'm a male age 22, i have high blood pressure between 13/10 and 14/10 and high heart rate , but when I talk so much or scream or get emotional I feel fatigue and shortness of breath and difficulty of breath and like fatigue in chest cage . Can blood pressure cause this ?
