My 62 year old grandmother's blood pressure was 214/128, HR: 106 last night & tonight it's 247/158, HR: 104. A few weeks ago she also got some high readings of 229/131, HR: 89 & 217/118, HR: 87. Tonight she also also has a headache that won't go away, is flushed and feels warm.
She's insisting she wants to wait until tomorrow to go to an Urgent Care doctor rather than go to the emergency room tonight. Will there be a difference in approaches of interventions/care between the two?
