Hi please suggest way ahead for following blood reports Sugar Fasting 193 mg/dl Sugar PP 262 mg/dl Triglycerides 301 mg/dl Cholesterol 206 mg/dl

Your fasting and PP sugars are quite high. They give only snap shot of sugar control. Would recommend hbA1c level which is gold standard to diagnose diabetes and reflects glucose average over past 3 months. Triglyceride and cholesterol levels are high however they can be elevated due to uncontrolled diabetes.
Next Steps
Check the following labs: HbA1C, sr creatinine, serum liver function tests , urine albumin/ creatinine ratio, and consult online with reports to discuss medications for diabetes and cholesterol.
