High blood sugar
I randomly checked today and saw blood sugar at 273 level. There is frequent urination issue during night and feeling numness in right hand since yesterday. I was taking medicine earlier i.e Glycomet 500 but due to bad routine missed taking that too about 6 months back. How should I proceed now

Your sugar levels are very high. A right drug for you can be decided based on a detailed history. There are several drugs and any of those might control the sugar levels but that may push you into OHA failure soon
