My father is 65 and he is diabetic for more than 8 years . His blood sugar is consistently above 400. He is not facing any problem beside mouth ulcer. What to do

Sugar levels are very high... Uncontrolled sugar for long time itself leads to many complications.. Your history itself says he is asymptomatic even though he has sugars above 400...check his renal status...
