High BP, High creatinine, High BUN
I am 56 female, diabetic and high blood pressure patient. My serum creatinine level and blood urea nitrogen levels are continuously rising. Recently, I got my serum creatinine level = 8.10 and blood urea nitrogen level = 75.18. Doctors asked me to take dialysis. I would like to take your advice. Thanks!

The way you are mentioning it seems like you have gone for acute renal failure and for that you would need a dialysis I would like to know about the history in detail so that I can come to the conclusion of it ..meeee a nephrology doctor in person thank you
