My bp is 95/140 I consult a doctor and he check and write telma am 40 mg daily but its not work .

HELLO, PLEASE DON'T START. YOU CAN  KEEP YOURSELF FIT JUST BY CHANGING DIET N LIFE PATTERN. IF U R ALCOHOL N SMOKER QUITE OR TRY TO QUITE, START WALKING BRICK FOR 20 MIN TWO TIMES A DAY. PLENTY OF LIQUIDS, LOW SALT, NO FAT, NO GHEE, AVOID SPICY FRIED JUNK GRESY FOOD OR FOOD FROM OUTSIDE. THESE FEW CHANGES MAKE U FIY N PERFECT U DON'T NEED ANYTHING. JUST ADD CAP A TO Z ONE AT NIGHT FOR TEN TO FIFTEEN DAYS OR MORE. OK.

You.simply cant be having blood pressure at this age.do a complete routine/  test.especially kft_urea creat level.kidney  diseases has to be ruled out.usg kub.cect abdomen.that will.provide  adequate information...please stop  the.bp.medication until.a  diagnosos is made.
