  4. High cholestol level. How to address it.

High cholestol level
I go for blood test and found TOTAL CHOLESTEROL: 320 and LDL CHOLESTEROL - DIRECT: 225. NON-HDL CHOLESTEROL: 274. ASPARTATE AMINOTRANSFERASE (SGOT ): 38, ALANINE TRANSAMINASE (SGPT):55. Could you please help me to explain this and how to address it.

Start Rosuvastatin 10 mg daily. Diet control & exercise.
