First of all avoid all the maida ,fatty and oily , fried food in your diet. Add 45-60 minutes of exercise in your daily routine. Start taking 1-2 cloves of garlic on an empty stomach every day morning . You can use Lipistat of Dabur 2tabM- 2 tabN regularly for 3 months. Try to take 1 cup of lukewarm water after every meal.

Ok my advice would be as.
Eat plenty of vegetables,fruits and raw greengram sprouts in every meal.
Avoid spicy,oilyfoods,nonveg,fastfoods,bakeryfoods,maida,preserved foods.
Eat almond,walnuts, fig,currants,raisins,tillfried seedswith jaggery, everyday.
Use till oil,ricebranoil,sunflower oil for food.
Walk,yoga,exercise everyday for an hour everyday.
Drink enough water,buttermilk,everyday.
Sleep leisurely for an hour at everynight .
Substitute rice/ wheat with unpolished rice,redrice,jowar,ragi,anyother millets.
Eat papaya,banana,chicku,citrusfruits,gauva everyday.
