High diabetes
I have high diabetes.recently I checked it's 440 -fasting;600-pp recently.before two weeks I had a 3 times fall although I didn't become unconscious. On mri scan it showed age related cerebral atrophy. Periventricular ischaemia within white matter.i had a bypass heart surgery on 2012.so is it related to diabetes.what I should do.please guide me.

The sugar levels are too high. It would be best that u get admitted in a hospital. If not par least consult a diabetologist along with details of medicines. Ur medicines urgently need to be modified and probably insulin needs to be started urgently
