High Diabetes
Recently my father and mother undergone hba1c test. my dad is 75 years old and have been treating for diabetes from past 15 years. the test result shows as 10.5% during
hba1c. from last 6 months he is been taking insulin of 8 units per day during night post lunch.and my mom is 61 years old and have been treating for diabetes from 20 years. her report shows hba1c as 9.5%. even she is taking insulin of 8 units daily. please advice on next steps.

Control carb intake
Add insulin adjusted in proportion to blood sugar
Atleast minimum physical exercise is required
