High ESR and low RA factor

Question

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have pain in my body from neck to hip joints and solder after sitting few minutes and sometimes headache is also happens. I under go treatment and my blood report is abnormal...total count of WBC is 12700 cells/cumm, ESR is 52mm/h and RA factor is 4.8 IU/ml.My doctor prescribed me medicine without telling me any details of report. Can anyone please explain my report, is anything serious in my blood report or its casual. Is this is symptoms of cancer...please answer me and suggest better for me
