High ESR and normal positive side CRP

I am an Engineer, I have often feel fatigue, difficulty doing task focussed, fear of tight clothes and spaces. So doubted that may be some autoimmune disorder is there. Got the above thing checked and my CRP value is 0.5 and ESR was found to be 40. So guide me, how should I proceed for diagnosis and under which medical specialization .
