High feaver , coughing , pain in body
Hi My grandmother age is around 70 . She is shaving fever , cough and body pain . I am worried about her doctors are not allowing us as they directly said that do the covid 19 test first . I have done her test today but it will take almost 48 hours for the report . Until then her condition will get even worse if we don't treat her . Please suggest some good medicine for her fever and cough. For cough any syrups can be used? Please note two three days before she had a stomach problem too. Her ecg was normal.and suger test was also normal . Her oxygen level was below 90 around 85. Hoping some help from here . Thank you

Start with tab paracetamol plus levocitrizine plus pheneramine combination,  twice daily. Give her nebulisation or atleast steam inhalation 2-3 times per day. If condition doesn't improve in next 12 hrs, admit her.
Next Steps
consult online for prescription/referral.
