High fever 103
My baby having 103 fever today. Giving crocin DS 240MG. not having food much. Can you please suggests any medicine for reducing fever and eating properly.

continue crocin every 6 hours give as much as liquids he wants if not eating well. wait for 48 hours

If child is playful in afebrile period, fever is responding to paracetamol, wait for 3 days..it shd start subsiding by then....give paracetamol 6 hrly if needed for fever, maintain hydration
